At Vibe wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted:

The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)

The original tag or packaging must be kept

You must provide proof of purchase (confirmation email, invoice, etc.)

Provide your order number, the item in question, and the reason for the return

Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address

Refund or Store Credit

You can choose between a refund or store credit for a future order

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected
Exchange

Exchanges are possible if the desired item is available in stock
