Return policy

At Vibe wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If an item doesn’t suit you, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)

  • The original tag or packaging must be kept

  • You must provide proof of purchase (confirmation email, invoice, etc.)

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items on sale or discounted

Return Procedure

  • Contact our customer service through our contact page

  • Provide your order number, the item in question, and the reason for the return

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive the return address

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is on our part

Refund or Store Credit

  • You can choose between a refund or store credit for a future order

  • The refund will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected

Exchange

  • Exchanges are possible if the desired item is available in stock

  • Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
